Short Biography
Founded in the heart of London’s West End, the Soho Saints Brass Band brings the vibrant culture of New Orleans music to the UK. The eight-member ensemble lead by trombonist Connor ‘Conbone’ Martin has been described as ‘one of London’s most exciting live acts’ (Green Pages) and has been hitting the streets of Soho since 2025. Events such as the Soho Jazz Festival and Ziggy Fest have seen the Soho Saints parade through iconic London locations including Piccadilly Circus, Soho Square, and Carnaby Street. The band’s mobile setup allows them to roam freely and perform almost anywhere. A residency at Ziggy Green has helped establish a regular presence on Regent Street, bringing live brass music to hundreds of passers-by.

“Who Brings the Party?” is the first single from Street Rats, the debut EP from the Soho Saints Brass Band.
This tune is a reflection on bandleader Conbone’s experiences playing with ska band Bad Manners, infused with a New Orleans-style groove and melody.
It kicks off Street Rats - a collection of original tunes inspired by the sounds of New Orleans, reimagined through a London lens. The EP is scheduled for release in April 2027.
